It has been awhile

Have you all noticed. I have been neglecting this place! Hi all! :) Well school started last week for McKay and he is loving 1st Grade! I am so glad with all the issues he had in K. So things are good. Ashlie started preschool on Tuesday and Tyler started on Wednesday. He keeps asking me if it is time to go to preschool. He has preschool today. On August 18th Ashlie decided to cut her hair. She took major chunks out of it so we had to cut it into a boy hair cut! I was so sad and the day after for my birthday we got her ears pierced but this week she lost one of them while taking off a shirt and we can not find it so we went back and they said if we bring in the other earring then she would be able to get them done for free! So next week we will head back to get her ears done. Ashlie turned 3 on July 28th! She is such a smart little girl and loves preschool and is just so wonderful! We got her a Barbie's big wheel for her birthday and she loves it. McKay turned 7 on August 1st and we got him a Ben 10 toy which he has lost many of the guys already! That is what you get for having a 4 and 7 year old playing with it. Everyday I ask McKay if he has any homework and he keeps telling me that in 1st grade you do not have any homework. He is going to learn a big lesson when they start getting homework and it does not end! So the other day McKay decided to go to his friend Isacc's house. Isacc's mom knows McKay likes to wander so she told him to take his bag home and make sure he asks me. So he came home threw down his bag and ran. I come downstairs to find him seeing him gone and his bag in the living room. I looked all over and did not find him. Then I thought well he has asked me to go to Isacc's house so I went up there and sure enough there he was. I am fine with him going there if he has no homework and his chores are done. I just want him to ask me! Preschool started the 1st of Sep. For some reason I thought Tyler would have had school on the 31st. I took him to school seeing no cars and the gate to the back yard shut I called the school. The teacher did not answer so I took the kids to McD's cuz I made Tyler get all ready for school and he was so excited. Then we went home and looked again at the calenders and duh it did not start then. So there are my stories for now! Anything else??? I got a new laptop for my birthday. Its sweet and Jade wanted a desktop so we got a 23 inch monitor and its the new perfect laptop/desktop. OK off to get ready I need to take Tyler to preschool in a hour!
